- 3 cups penne pasta, cooked
- ½ cup each cheddar and mozzarella, grated
- 1 cup peas, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ALL GOLD tomato sauce
Toss three cups (750ml) cooked penne pasta with ½ cup (125ml) each grated cheddar and mozzarella and one cup (250ml) cooked peas. Divide into four ovenproof bowls. Whisk two eggs and one cup (250ml) milk together and season. Pour into bowls. Bake at 180°c for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
Sprinkle with basil leaves and dollop with ALL GOLD tomato sauce. Serve warm.
