  • 2 8-inch flour tortillas (small size to fit in lunchbox)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 3 tbsps ALL GOLD tomato sauce
  • 8 slices salami

Preparation method

Spray the bottom of a non-stick pan with cooking spray and preheat. When the pan is fairly hot, place one flour tortilla in the pan. Quickly spread some ALL GOLD tomato sauce on the tortilla and add a layer of salami before adding the grated cheese. Place the second flour tortilla on top. Allow the bottom tortilla to brown before flipping it over. Once both sides have been browned and the filling has melted, remove from the pan and allow to cool. Cut into quarters and wrap in foil before packing in a lunchbox.

Add any of your favourite fillings.
