- 2 tubs cream cheese
- ¼ each chives, parsley and thyme
- All gold sweet chilli, to serve
Stir two tubs (250g each) cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Season with salt and milled pepper. Spoon cheese out onto a plate to form small balls, about two tsps (10ml) per ball. Place ¼ cup (60ml) each chopped chives, parsley and thyme in a shallow bowl. Roll cheese balls to coat in herbs.
Serve with a lashing of ALL GOLD sweet chilli sauce for that extra kick.
