  • 6 pork sausages
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Thyme
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 3 potatoes, mashed
  • ALL GOLD mustard, to serve

Preparation method

Fry six pork sausages in heated oil until golden. Brush with ¼ cup (60ml) honey and sprinkle with thyme. Fry for three minutes. Stir two tbsps (30ml) butter and ¼ cup (60ml) cream into three mashed potatoes. Season with salt and milled pepper.

Serving suggestion

Serve honey-glazed bangers on mash with lashings of ALL GOLD mustard and a sprinkling of fresh thyme leaves.
