  • 1kg minced chicken
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 75g onions, chopped
  • 100g mixed coloured peppers, finely diced
  • 5ml lemon zest
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 25ml olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ALL GOLD tomato and herb pasta sauce

Preparation method

Heat oven to 200°c. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Mix well, form into balls, place on a tray. Brush with olive oil and cook in oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Serving suggestion

Serve with pasta and ALL GOLD tomato and herb pasta sauce – it adds that extra something to the meatballs!
