- ½ cup ALL GOLD barbeque sauce
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 red baby cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup cooked corn kernels
- 2 carrots, grated
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsps olive oil
Stir ½ cup (125ml) ALL GOLD barbeque sauce into two cups (500ml) shredded cooked chicken. Set aside. Mix one red baby cabbage, shredded, ⅓ cup (80ml) cooked corn kernels, two grated carrots, juice (40ml) of one lime and two tbsp (30ml) olive oil together. Season. Serve six toasted hamburger buns topped with saucy shredded chicken and cabbage and corn slaw.
