- ½ cup ALL GOLD strawberry jam or ALL GOLD smooth apricot jam
- 2 x cans (380g) evaporated milk, chilled
In a blender or food processor, blitz the ALL GOLD strawberry jam or ALL GOLD smooth apricot jam with the cold evaporated milk until smooth. Transfer to a freezer-proof jug, cover with a lid or cling wrap and chill in the freezer until slightly thickened. When ready to serve, take the mixture out of the freezer and allow to stand for about 10 minutes. Stir to soften and divide between four small glasses. Add straws and serve immediately.
Add a swizzle stick or toothpick umbrella for a fun touch!
