- 6 x 180g portions of line fish
- 3 cans (410g) of ALL GOLD tomato & onion mix
- 18 black olives, pitted
- 50g mixed fresh herbs, roughly chopped (basil, dill, parsley, thyme)
- 1kg potato bake
- 600g roasted vegetables
- Salt & pepper
Place the ALL GOLD tomato and onion mix into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened. Season well. In an ovenproof dish, place the line fish inside and pour the tomato mixture over the fish. Top with the fresh herbs and olives. Bake at 200°c for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve the fish with potato bake and seasonal vegetables.
